Purpose of the session

The main purpose of the session is to connect the client to their over soul/ higher self / soul part that contains a multiplicity of personalities that has existed in previous lives and to understand their soul’s immortal journey.

Soul Regression Therapy

consists of two separate two-to-three-hour sessions. You must have a Past life regression before doing an In-Between life regression/ Future life Progression. By experiencing a past life regression first this helps prepare their mind to go into the deeper hypnotic state more easily and eliminate any fears they may have that could prevent them from accessing these deeper states. This also helps develop a rapport between the client and therapist, which is a very important part of the process.  Clients who prepare by doing a past life regression first often experience deeper, more profound and life changing sessions.

The in -between life is the place all souls ascend to between lives. Either between lives on earth or lives on other planets or realms. It is known as the spiritual plane where all souls go to plan and prepare for the next life and incarnations, to reconnect with soul families, meet spiritual advisers, visit the Akashic records and sometimes see loved ones who have crossed over. It is also a place where souls rest or heal from a difficult or traumatic life. It is the time between life that allows the soul to consider karmic destiny and make choices that will best fulfill that destiny.

Is one session sufficient

This depends on the issues the client comes with, whether or not they will require further sessions. Every case is unique. Sometimes, however, if the issue is broader in nature or if there is a serious complex present. It can mean that the complex is multilayered and may require subsequent treatments and sometimes the layers need to be worked through. The client usually knows what they need, and they often choose to work on a goal or objective and may require follow-up sessions to address subsequent insights or issues which often only reveal themselves after the upper layers have been peeled away. If they decide to come back for further sessions it is best to wait no longer than two weeks between sessions.

Past Life Regression and soul Regression usually takes between 2 and 3 hours and can be done online or in person. Each session is recorded, and the client will receive a recording of the session. It is advised to listen to the recording within 24 hours. Listening to the recording can trigger more memories as well as more healing.
